13 AAC 09.046. Proof of physical presence outside this state

For purposes of proving that an offender is not physically present in this state and that information about that person should be removed from the central registry established under AS 18.65.087 (a), the department will, upon its verification for accuracy and completeness, consider the person to have submitted satisfactory proof when the person submits a department form that includes the signature of an official from

(1) a registration program in a jurisdiction outside this state verifying that the person is in compliance with the registration requirements of that program; or

(2) a government agency from a jurisdiction outside this state verifying that the person is physically present in that jurisdiction.
