(a) A school bus driver permit will, in the department's discretion, be suspended by the department for
(1) driving a school bus in violation of the permit restrictions;
(2) repealed 9/1/87;
(3) conviction of an offense which results in suspension or revocation of the driver's license, unless suspension or revocation is for a conviction of an offense which requires revocation under (b) of this section.
(b) A school bus driver permit will be revoked for
(1) conviction of driving while intoxicated;
(2) repealed 9/1/87;
(3) repealed 9/1/87;
(4) any reason that would be grounds for disqualification under AS 28.15.046 ;
(5) repealed 9/1/87;
(6) repealed 5/2/81.
