13 AAC 04.003. Minimum equipment required on vehicle for sale, rent, lease, or loan

No person may sell or offer for sale, rent, lease, or loan, a vehicle unless it is equipped with the devices and equipment required by this chapter or other law for operation on a highway or vehicular way or area, and is in a safe condition and in good working order.
