13 AAC 02.445. Riding on snowmobiles and other off-highway vehicles

(a) A person driving a snowmobile or other off-highway vehicle may ride only on a permanent seat attached to the vehicle; no snowmobile or other off-highway vehicle, when driven on a highway, may be used to carry persons other than the driver, unless the vehicle is designed and equipped with a seat for a passenger.

(b) Repealed 6/28/79.
