12 AAC 56.300. Standard for recognition

In order for a pilot organization to be recognized by the board in a pilotage region, the organization must demonstrate to the board's satisfaction the organization's ability to promote a safe, reliable, and efficient pilotage system in that region, considering the size of the organization.
