12 AAC 56.250. Procedures for setting pilotage rates

Notice to the board and registered agents required by AS 08.62.046 for setting pilotage rates must

(1) identify the dates the notice will be published in the newspaper; and

(2) be sent at or before the first day of publication in the newspaper.
