12 AAC 56.032. Dismissal of a trainee from a deputy marine pilot training program

(a) If a pilot organization dismisses a trainee from its training program, the dismissal procedure used must be consistent with the pilot organization bylaws, including provisions related to uniform and nondiscriminatory treatment, and must give due process.

(b) A pilot organization shall notify the board within 30 days of the dismissal of a trainee from its training program.
