12 AAC 40.950. Contract for impaired professionals program

The contract to establish an impaired medical professionals program under AS 08.64.101 (6) must address the following areas:

(1) qualifications of the contracting agency or agent;

(2) record keeping;

(3) responsibility to report to the board;

(4) confidentiality;

(5) chemical and behavioral monitoring components; and

(6) costs.
