12 AAC 40.340. License issuance and expiration

Upon documentation of successful completion of the requirements of this chapter, a license will be issued by the department to an applicant to practice as a mobile intensive care paramedic. A license expires biennially on a date set by the department. A license must be renewed under 12 AAC 40.350.
