12 AAC 06.115. Physical examination before a contest

(a) An examining physician designated by a member of the commission shall give each contestant a thorough physical and eye examination not more than 24 hours before a contest. The physician shall record his or her findings on a form provided by the commission. The examining physician shall designate a suitable place to examine each contestant.

(b) As part of the examination required under (a) of this section, a female contestant must be tested for pregnancy.

(c) The examining physician is entitled to receive a fee paid by the promoter for the examination.
