12 AAC 06.080. Denial of application for license

The commission will, in its discretion, deny an application for a license if it finds that the applicant or any partner, officer, director, stockholder or employee of the applicant

(1) engages in illegal bookmaking;

(2) engages in any illegal gambling activity;

(3) is under suspension from any other commission in another state or country;

(4) engages in any activity or practice which is detrimental to the best interests of boxing or wrestling; or

(5) has knowingly dealt or consorted with a person who is so engaged or suspended.
