In this chapter and in AS 08.06, unless the context otherwise requires,
(1) "department" means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development;
(2) "NCCA" means the National Commission for Certification of Acupuncturists;
(3) "National Commission for Certification of Acupuncturists" means the same as the "National Council for the Certification of Acupuncturists" in AS 08.06.030 and 08.06.040.
