12 AAC 04.160. References

(a) An applicant shall submit names of at least three individuals who can vouch for the applicant's good moral character. The board will, in its discretion, make other inquiries it considers appropriate to satisfy itself that the applicant is of good moral character.

(b) If the applicant is found to be unqualified for a certificate or license due to the lack of good moral character the board will formally notify the applicant of its decision in accordance with AS 44.62.370 .
