The following fees are established for certified nurse aides:
(1) application fee for initial certification, $50;
(2) examination fee, $40;
(3) certification fee for all or part of the initial biennial nurse aide certification period, $120;
(4) biennial nurse aide certification renewal fee, $120;
(5) certified nurse aide training program approval fee, $500;
(6) reexamination fee, $20;
(7) nonrefundable fingerprint processing fee, $59.
