12 AAC 02.020. Prorating renewal fees

The department will prorate the first license renewal fees following initial licensure, in accordance with 12 AAC 02.030. All renewal fees, including penalty and delinquent fees must be paid by the licensee applying for renewal of a license, except as provided in 12 AAC 02.030(a) (1) and (b)(1).
