11 AAC 93.250. Commissioner's decision on preferred use status

(a) If the commissioner determines that additional information is required to rule on an application, the commissioner will, in his or her discretion, require the submission of additional evidence, hold hearings, or require investigative studies.

(b) Denial of an application for preferred use status does not preclude the applicant from applying for other water rights under 11 AAC 93.040 - 11 AAC 93.140.
