11 AAC 71.590. Notice or demand

Any notice or demand under this chapter or under AS 45.50.215 - 45.50.325 must be in writing, and must be sent by certified or registered mail to the other party at the address of record. Either party may designate in writing a new address to which the notice or demand is to be mailed. A written notice or demand is considered delivered when mailed from a U.S. general or branch post office.
