11 AAC 69.040. Procedure for making claims to escheated real property

A claimant to escheated real property under AS 38.95.240 (e) may apply for redemption of the property if the application is submitted to the department no later than seven years after the date of the judgment of escheat. An application must

(1) be on a form provided by the department, be signed under oath by the claimant, and be complete;

(2) include a receipt or other proof of payment of the application fee required under 11 AAC 05.010; and

(3) include proof of the claim, as required by 11 AAC 69.050.
