11 AAC 67.025. Homeowners' association

As a condition of sale or grant of any land subdivided by the division for residential purposes, the director may require the purchaser or grantee to join and remain a member of a homeowners' association organized to build or maintain roads within the subdivision, to maintain reserved areas, to build or maintain a sewer or water system within the subdivision, and to provide other necessary services until a unit of local government is able to assume responsibility for them.
