11 AAC 60.120. Water rights

Any waters required for the full use and enjoyment of a grazing lease may be appropriated and reserved for the lessee's use by the director upon request of the lessee. Any such appropriation shall be in the name of the state and inure to the grazing lease lands, and be consistent with the provisions of the Water Use Act. The lessee shall be required to furnish such information as is necessary and requested by the director in order to effect an appropriation.
