11 AAC 60.010. Lands available for leasing

(a) Grazing leases may be issued on all lands except those which have been classified as "open to entry" pursuant to AS 38.05.077 , and those lands classified as "public recreation lands" "reserved use" lands under ch. 52 of this title.

(b) Lands classified under ch. 52 of this title as "residential lands," "private recreation lands," "agricultural lands," "commercial lands," "industrial lands" or "utility lands" shall be available for short term leasing only, as provided for in sec. 40(a) of this chapter.
