Section 600. Entry and re-entry

11 AAC 58.600. Entry and re-entry

In the event that the lease should be terminated as hereinbefore provided, or by summary proceedings or otherwise, or in the event that the demised lands, or any part thereof, should be abandoned by the lessee during the said term, the lessor or its agents, servants, or representative, may immediately or any time thereafter, re-enter and resume possession of said lands or such part thereof, and remove all persons and property therefrom either by summary proceedings or by a suitable action or proceeding at law without being liable for any damages therefor. No re-entry by the lessor shall be deemed an acceptance of a surrender of the lease.
