11 AAC 32.070. Superior markings

No container of potatoes may bear a marking, brand, or designation of quality such as "extra selected," "selected," "select," "extra fancy," "fancy," "choice," "No. 1," or other similar superlative designation implying a reasonably high quality, unless the contents of the container conform at least to the requirements of the U.S. No. 1 Grade.
