11 AAC 20.962. Use of horses at Clearwater State Recreation Site

(a) A person may use a horse, mule, or burro in designated areas at Clearwater State Recreation Site.

(b) The use of horses, mules, and burros at Clearwater State Recreation Site is subject to the following conditions:

(1) a group using 10 or more animals must obtain authorization from the director under 11 AAC 18.010 before entering the state recreation site;

(2) tethering horses, mules, and burros within 100 feet of fresh water is prohibited;

(3) loose herding of animals is prohibited.
