11 AAC 20.960. Use of power boats at Southeast Alaska parks

The use of power boats is allowed at

(1) Settlers Cove State Recreation Site, except within 100 feet of shore at all tide levels between shore signs or marked buoys placed by the department to restrict motorized activity from May - September annually;

(2) Point Bridget State Park; and

(3) Old Sitka State Historic Site.
