11 AAC 16.160. Project agreement

After receiving notice that the Historic Sites Advisory Committee has allocated funds to a project, the grant is conditional upon the applicant entering into a specifically enforceable contract with the state, executed on behalf of the state by the director, in which the applicant agrees to carry out the work proposed in the project application, to grant an appropriate historic preservation easement to the State of Alaska, and to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, and in which the state agrees to reimburse the applicant for eligible project costs after the project is completed, inspected, and audited and approved by the director.
