Section 245. Reserved facilities and sites

11 AAC 12.245. Reserved facilities and sites

No person may use or occupy a public use cabin, park facility or building, visitor center, historic building, shelter, group picnic or activity area in a state park unit which is managed by the division on a reservation and fee payment basis without first having obtained a reservation and received a permit. Each day a person remains in a state park unit in violation of this section constitutes a separate offense.
