11 AAC 07.100. Uniform state waterway marking system

The provisions of the United States Aids to Navigation System prescribed in 33 C.F.R. 62.27, 62.29, 62.31, 62.33, and 62.35, as revised as of July 1, 2002 and hereby adopted by reference, constitute the uniform state waterway marking system for the placement of regulatory markers in the state. All regulatory markers placed on or near the water of the state must conform to the applicable specifications in the federal regulations adopted by reference in this section.
