Section 70. Retention of records

10 AAC 30.070. Retention of records

A grantee shall retain all records relating to the grant and the project for at least three years following the end of the grant period or submission of a final report to the department, whichever is later. If an audit is, litigation is, or claims are pending at the end of three years the grantee shall retain the records for as long as the audit, litigation, or claims involving the records are pending.
