A paid solicitor shall submit a registration statement to the department on the following form:

ANNUAL REGISTRATION STATEMENT

This form must be filed on or before September 1 as required by AS 45.68.010 . A paid solicitor shall attach a surety bond if less than 60 percent of the gross amount raised goes to a charitable organization under the terms of the contract required by AS 45.68.020 between the paid solicitor and the charitable organization. All paid solicitors shall provide contract information or enclosed a copy of each contract with the registration form. 1.
