8 AAC 27.040. Revocation of waiver of security

(a) The department will, in its discretion and for good cause, revoke a waiver granted to a person or business under AS 16.10.291 and 8 AAC 27.030 and require filing of security as required by AS 16.10.290 and as prescribed in this chapter.

(b) The commissioner will notify the Department of Revenue and the Department of Fish and Game of a person or business whose waiver has been revoked. The commissioner will request suspension of the license of the fish processor or primary fish buyer until the person or business complies with AS 16.10.290 - 16.10.296.
