Section 40. Permissible uses of grants

7 AAC 79.040. Permissible uses of grants

(a) A grantee may use a grant awarded under this chapter to pay the costs of services provided in the grantee's pilot project.

(b) A grantee may not use a grant awarded under this chapter

(1) as all or part of the required contribution under AS 47.65.040 for another grant awarded under this chapter or under AS 47.65.020 ;

(2) to pay the costs of capital construction;

(3) to pay for costs incurred before the award of the grant;

(4) to pay for the preparation of plans for potential or future services; or

(5) for any purpose not reasonably related to the services provided in the grantee's pilot project.
