Chapter 55 . (Reserved)
Section 660. Insufficient appropriations

7 AAC 55.660. Insufficient appropriations

(a) In its discretion, the department will not offer all of the services described in 7 AAC 55.650(a) if it finds that insufficient money was appropriated to provide all services to all eligible women during a fiscal year.

(b) If the department finds that insufficient money was appropriated to serve all eligible women, the department will cease to offer services to women, based upon their classification of social need listed in 7 AAC 55.640(c) . The department will first cease to offer services to women 18 years of age and older in inverse order of the social need classifications listed in 7 AAC 55.640(c) . If the department finds that money is insufficient to serve the remaining applicants, the department will then cease to offer services to women under 18 years of age, using the same priority system.
