7 AAC 53.360. Unearned income of children in state custody

Unearned income of a child in department custody that is received by the out-of-home care provider or by a child under the age of 18, must be forwarded directly to the division, unless otherwise provided by court order for a specific child. This requirement includes income such as social security benefit payments and social security income.
