7 AAC 52.195. Religious activity

(a) A facility may provide religious services for residents. Community churches will be encouraged to participate in developing programs for services, Bible classes, group sessions, and counseling. Services need not be identical for every group or sect regardless of size. Each resident must be afforded a reasonable opportunity to pursue his faith.

(b) Participation in religious services conducted at a facility is voluntary.
