(a) The recipient bears the responsibilities listed in 7 AAC 47.220(a) , and is responsible for all charges incurred for services that are not covered under 7 AAC 48 and the charges listed in 7 AAC 47.220(b) .
(b) The department will restrict a recipient's choice of provider in accordance with 7 AAC 47.220(c) .
(c) The division of medical assistance will reimburse a provider or health facility in accordance with 7 AAC 47.220(d) .
(d) In this section, 7 AAC 47.220 is adopted by reference, as revised as of July 31, 1998.
