An individual receiving financial assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.525 must report to the department any change in circumstances that could affect eligibility or the amount of assistance under this chapter. A report of change must be made within 10 working days after the event occurs, and may be made by a responsible person acting on behalf of the individual.
