7 AAC 45.960. Qualifications to administer ATAP under contract or grant

To be a qualified entity for the purpose of administering the ATAP or a part of it, the entity must be included in the definition of "qualified entities" in AS 47.27.050 , and must provide the service through individuals who have

(1) advanced education in a field related to administration of a social services program; or

(2) had employment or other personal experience demonstrating an ability to work successfully with individuals to enhance their employability.
