Editor's note: Section 7 AAC 43.460 was repealed and readopted as an emergency regulation that took effect August 6, 1992 as set out in Register 123, October 1992. The readoption of that section, however, was not made permanent. The substantive provisions of the emergency regulation as it appeared in Register 123, were moved and now appear in 7 AAC 43.476.
