7 AAC 38.090. Failure to apply for dividend

(a) A permanent fund dividend constitutes a prior resource for the purposes of the aid to families with dependent children (AFDC) program administered under AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420 until October 31, 1982, if a person who is eligible to receive a permanent fund dividend fails to apply for it.

(b) A permanent fund dividend for which application is not made does not constitute a prior resource for the purposes of other programs set out in 7 AAC 38.030.
