7 AAC 38.040. Application not required

(a) The department will provide general relief assistance to a person who is eligible under 7 AAC 38.030 without a separate application for general relief assistance.

(b) A person may apply for general relief assistance in accordance with 7 AAC 47.020 if the person does not receive benefits to which he believes he is entitled under this chapter.
