Section 70. Renewal; lapse of registration

7 AAC 34.070. Renewal; lapse of registration

(a) A patient who wishes to renew a registry identification card must apply for the renewal in the manner provided under 7 AAC 34.020 and must pay the renewal fee established in 7 AAC 34.080(b) .

(b) A patient whose registry identification card has expired at the time of submission of an application for the renewal will be considered a new applicant for a card and must pay the fee for first-time applicants established in 7 AAC 34.080(a) .
