Section 125. Urinalysis procedures

7 AAC 33.125. Urinalysis procedures

(a) Each program shall set forth in its protocol a plan for urine collection. Each program shall describe in its protocol the procedures to be used for observed urine collection and storage, the substances for which urine is to be analyzed, and what use will be made of the results in patient evaluation and treatment.

(b) No methadone can be administered if a urine sample is not supplied at the time designated by the program.
