7 AAC 32.020. Stimulants

(a) Amphetamine. The stimulants listed in this section contain amphetamine with the chemical names d-, 1-, or d, 1 2 Methylphenethylamine:

(1) Amphetamine phosphate dispensed under the following trade or proprietary names: Actemin, Akedron, Amphate, Biphetamine, Dietamine, Monophos, Profetamine Phosphate, Racephen, Raphetamine Phosphate;

(2) Amphetamine sulfate dispensed under the following trade or proprietary names: Alentol, Amphoids-S, Benzedrine Sulfate, Linampheta, Psychoton, Simpamina, Amphedrine Sulfate;

(3) Dextroamphetamine carboxymethylcellulose salt;

(4) Dextroamphetamine sulfate dispensed under the following trade or proprietary names: Adrizine, Am-Dex, D-Amfetasul, Amsustain Amitrene, Amphedrine, Ampherex, Amphes, D-Ate Ph. 747, Betafedrina, d-Betaphedrine cendex cenules, D-citramine cradex, Dadex, D.A.S. Dexalone Dexamphetamine, Dexedrine, Dex-OB, Dex-sule, Dexten, Dextrosule, Docurb, Domafate, Burodex, Hetamine, Lowedex, Maxiton, Medex, Nilox, Obsedrin, Obesonil, Pelleaps, Pomadex, Simpamina-D, Sympamin, Tydex, Zamitam plateau;

(5) Dextroamphetamine phosphate dispensed under the following trade or proprietary name: Dextroprofetamine;

(6) Dextroamphetamine tannate dispensed under the following trade or proprietary names: Tamphetamin, Synatan;

(7) Dibasic amphetamine phosphate dispensed under the following trade or proprietary name: Bar-Dex;

(8) Dibasic dextroamphetamine phosphate;

(9) Levoamphetamine dispensed under the following trade or proprietary names: Ad-Nil, Amphedrine-M, Lavabo levamphetamine, Levonor;

(10) Levoamphetamine succinate dispensed under the following trade or proprietary name: Cydril;

(11) d, dl-Methamphetamine and salts dispensed under the following trade or proprietary names: D, dl-Desoxyephedrine and their salts.

(b) Non-amphetamine stimulants:

(1) Synthesized tetra hydrocannabinols:

(A) Cis or Trans tetra hydrocannabinol and their optical isomers;

(B) Tetra hydrocannabinol and its optical isomers;

(2) Phenmetrazine and salts, with the chemical name 2 phenyl-3 methyl-tetra hydro-1, 4 oxazine hydrochloride, dispensed under the following trade or proprietary name: Preludine;

(3) Methyphenidate, with the chemical name Methylaphenyl-2-piperdine acetate, dispensed under the following trade or proprietary names: Ritalin, Phenidylate, 4311/6, centedrin, meridil, methylphenidyl acetate.
