Section 35. Certificate

7 AAC 29.035. Certificate

(a) The department will issue a certificate to a facility or program that meets the requirements of this chapter. An initial certificate will be issued for a period not to exceed one year. A renewal of a certificate will be issued for a period of up to three years.

(b) A certificate is not transferable. The current certificate must be displayed in a prominent place visible to the public.
