7 AAC 27.575. Confidentiality

Information obtained from testing under 7 AAC 27.010 - 7 AAC 27.580 is a confidential medical public health record and is exempt from inspection under AS 40.25.120 . A person who or a facility that produces, uses, or compiles this information must maintain procedures to protect this information from loss, tampering, or access by an unauthorized person.
