7 AAC 27.540. Specimen collection materials

The department will, upon request, provide a physician, certified nurse midwife, or certified direct-entry midwife with specimen collection materials, test forms, and mailing containers at no charge. A request for these materials, forms, and containers must be directed to the maternal, adolescent, and genetics unit in the department.
