Section 840. Recertification

7 AAC 26.840. Recertification

To obtain recertification, an EMD must, not more than 90 days before or six months after expiration of the EMD's certification,

(1) apply for recertification to the department;

(2) provide evidence of a valid CPR credential;

(3) provide written approval from the medical director for the emergency medical dispatcher services;

(4) repealed 8/16/2002; and

(5) pay a non-refundable application fee of $10 to the department.
