Section 845. Criteria for application review

7 AAC 13.845. Criteria for application review

In addition to criteria established by 7 AAC 78.100, or other law or regulation, the department will use the following criteria in review of an application for assistance under 7 AAC 13:

(1) the feasibility of the applicant's plan for self-sufficiency under 7 AAC 13.040;

(2) the number of people in the applicant's service area; and

(3) the sufficiency of the facility's fees for services to minimize the need for assistance.
