7 AAC 07.035. Pre-application conference

Before an applicant for a certificate of need submits an application, the department will, if requested, or on its own initiative, schedule a pre-application conference to provide guidance and technical assistance regarding the application process. The department will not assist in preparing or completing an application, but may, if necessary information is available, provide that information to assist the applicant in preparing an application
